In 2006 when Rosie was 6 years old, she sang at her grandfather’s birthday bedazzling all that were present. It was after this experience that Rosie grew an interest in singing and entertaining.

In 2012 she signed up to compete in the Solo Icon, a singing competition which would be her first ever public performance. Out of the one hundred plus competitors she managed to place third runner up. Determined to do better in 2014, she re-entered the competition with more experience and confidence which earned her the first place in the senior solo category and in the school duet category.

In 2015 she was introduced by Karl Bauro; film producer of Torn Parachute to international Jamaican reggae singer Conkarah during his tour to the country. The two recorded and filmed a duet cover of the song ‘Hello’ by Adele which was released later that same year going viral throughout the internet via social media and YouTube, reaching over nearly 100 million views around the globe. This immediately made her a singing sensation both nationally and internationally.

Although very young and still in secondary school she managed to juggle her new life of performing with study
